Citi Management Associates Program – Institutional Clients Group

What a successful applicant can expect
• Intensive development through a specially designed Management Associate Program (MA Program)
• A range of challenging roles and fast track growth opportunities within the relevant banking functions
• A thorough understanding of Citi’s operations in respective areas as well as the professional knowledge required for a successful career

Details of the program

      Institutional Clients Group MA Program
• A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments/rotations
• On-job-training combines with 7.5 weeks intensive classroom training on basic banking and financial markets knowledge and products
• Possible business streams for rotations include Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Markets, Global Transaction Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance & HR
• Possible to work across divisions and locations
• Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring & overseas exposure

Potential work locations
• Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing

Requirements of the candidate
• Strong academic record.
• Master’s degree or above from a highly rated university and less than two years’ working experience
• Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial services industry
• Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations/cities
• Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
• Team-player, contributes to collective goals
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English

• Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
