HR L&TD Intern職位描述： 
  Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be expected to carry out general administrative and coordination duties including (but not limited to):
· Filing of relevant documents.
· Training arrangement and coordination.
· Checking accuracy and completeness of reports/ documents submitted.
· Compiling and updating above-mentioned reports/ documents.
· Liaising and following up with other coordinators/ persons-in-charge for outstanding items.
· Coordinating meetings/ discussions/ events required to facilitate training work.
· Involving training related project
· Assisting MT&MA project if required
· Support other HR functions if required
· Ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:
· Second/ final year university student from a recognized University/ Institution.
· High proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Good in Mandarin Reading and Written will be a plus.
· Able to commit over 1year period.
· Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
· Sound spreadsheet/ Excel knowledge.
· Strong sense of inquisitiveness.
