FI Specialist - 數(shù)字化轉型專員

　　工作職責：

　　負責投行債券業(yè)務的數(shù)字化轉型；

　　挖掘投行債券業(yè)務中的數(shù)字化需求，尋找提高業(yè)務管理及項目執(zhí)行效率的具體解決方案；負責與IT 部門及供應商合作，開發(fā)客戶維護、團隊管理、標準化作業(yè)、數(shù)據(jù)收集分析等各類系統(tǒng)；與中金其他部門對接，協(xié)助公司層面的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)建設。

　　- Perform digital transformation for Fixed Income Business Unit within the Investment 

BankingDepartment- Analyze the potential digitalization demand in the Bond Underwriting business;

 developcorresponding solutions to improve the efficiency of business management 

and project execution- Coordinate with IT department external suppliers, e.g. develop systems

 for client management,internal team management, standardized business operation,

 data collection and analysis, etc.

　　- Cooperate with other departments within CICC to develop firm-level online system

       任職資格：

　　全日制本科以上學歷，金融工程、計算機、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先；數(shù)據(jù)分析能力強，能熟練運用SQL/R/Python 等數(shù)據(jù)管理及分析工具；具有金融行業(yè)基礎知識，能夠快速理解投行業(yè)務；具有一定的項目管理經(jīng)驗；正直誠信，積極主動，善于團隊溝通合作。

　　- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Financial Engineering, Computer Science,

 Statistics orother related majors- Proficient with data analysis, 

ability to use data analysis tools including SQL/R/Python- Familiarity with fundamental finance related knowledge, 

able to understand the Investmentbanking business quickly- Experience of project management
