Responsibilities:
•            To handle the purchase for printed matter, OA stationary, consumable, furniture, IT equipments. Arrange pre-qualification of suppliers and annual review of supplier performance.
•            To scrutinize the completeness of purchase requests including authorization adequacy of specification, cost center etc. and to maintain a record for incoming purchase requests throughout the purchasing cycle.
•            To perform invoice checking prior to payment approval.
•            To monitor internal customers’ satisfaction and handle complaints from internal customers/suppliers, and the service level of suppliers and compile the performance pledge statistics of the purchasing cycles for management report.
•            To conduct tendering process for special items such as IT system application and tailor-made furniture items, conduct annual review on regular items. Issue inventory list regularly for reconciliation purpose
•            To manipulate the Bank assets under Asset Management System (HUB ADM) and ensure the transactions are properly recorded according to the operation guidelines.
Requirements:
•             Minimum 5 years procurement experiences, and at least 2 years experiences in supervision role.
•            Strong negotiation skill and able to work under pressure.
