Job Description (for both Junior Consultant & Consultant):
Carrying out research and data collection;
Conducting analysis;
Interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders;
Preparing business proposals/presentations;
Work at the client's site.

And in addition, for Consultant hires:
Identifying issues and forming hypotheses;
Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions;
Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering/Sciences/Business/Economics/Marketing/Supply Chain Management etc.
Focused & Results-driven
Fast learner with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Motivated & committed
Team worker
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (CET 6 minimum)
