Job Vacancy:
Position 1: Analyst
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1)     Conduct policy/legal survey and analysis;
2)     Provide support to policy/legal counsels on government affairs and issue management;
3)     Maintain and update the data base;
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
1)   A Bachelor’s degree or above in law, economics, business or public administration; 
2)   Strong interest in policy/legal counseling; 
3)   Good logic, cogitative and analytical abilities and skills; 
4)   English proficiency in speaking and writing required.
 
Position 2: Associate (ICT Industry)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1)     Understand the client’s business goals and strategies in order to assess the impact of China’s policy and regulatory developments on the client;
2)       Stay abreast of policy and regulatory developments of relevance to the client’s business and advise the client on such developments and their impact on the client; 
3)       Prepare policy briefings and issue highlights for internal and external communications;
4)       Provide support to clients on government affairs and issue/crisis management;
5)       Establish and maintain good relationships with targeted government agencies, academic institutions and the industry with a view to supporting the client’s strategy formulation and implementation.
Desired Qualifications and Skills: 
1)       A Bachelor’s degree or above in a discipline related to public policy, law or business administration is preferred;
2)       At least 3 years of working experience in legal practice/government affairs/public relations, preferably in the ICT industry;
3)      Good interpersonal skills and strong analytic abilities;
4)      Self-driven and proactive client service attitude;
5)      Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
 
Position 3: Associate (Consumer Goods Industry)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1)      Understand the client’s business goals and strategies in order to assess the impact of China’s policy and regulatory developments on the client;
2)      Stay abreast of policy and regulatory developments of relevance to the client’s business and advise the client on such developments and their impact on the client;
